The China Future Star Event held in Beijing in December in 2010 was a tennis competition promoted through Phoenix Media Tennis iFeng. Our Director Caroline Russo was investor in the events as the media and networking manager.
75 million hits on the website were recorded in a ten week period. 12,000 on line entries were received to gain entry into the 32 player tennis draw. Of the 32 entries all competed for 6 positions to tour Australia experiencing the Australian culture and a VIP Australian Open experience witnessing Li Na becoming the first Chinese player to reach a Grand Slam Final. (January 2011)
Phoenix iFeng travelled to Australia to film the Chinese Future Stars Tour in a documentary/news reality television program.
